Leonardo Filipe da Cruz Lelo

Leonardo Lelo is a Portuguese midfielder born in Olhão on 30 March 2000. He developed in the Algarve, spending most of his formative years with Olhanense after joining their academy in 2010, with brief periods at Vitória FC and Louletano. Lelo began his senior career at Olhanense before spending the 2020–21 season with Portimonense’s under-23 side. In June 2021, he moved to Casa Pia, making his debut in a 4–1 victory over Académico de Viseu on 24 July and scoring in the match. During his first Casa Pia campaign, he scored five goals in 34 appearances as the club secured promotion to the Primeira Liga, earning selection for the Liga Portugal 2 Team of the Year. Lelo made his top-flight debut in August 2022 and later scored his first Primeira Liga goal from a penalty against Marítimo. In July 2025, he joined SC Braga.
