Ludovit Reis

Ludovit Reis is a Dutch midfielder born in Haarlem on June 1, 2000. He developed at SV Hoofddorp before entering FC Groningen's academy in 2015, and made his professional debut in September 2017. The following month, he scored against Sparta Rotterdam, becoming the first player born in the 2000s to score in the Eredivisie. In 2019, Reis joined Barcelona and played for Barça B, then gained German experience on loan at VfL Osnabrück. He moved to Hamburger SV in 2021, where his energetic midfield work and positional flexibility developed into a leadership role including vice-captaincy. On May 10, 2025, Reis scored Hamburg's equaliser in a 6–1 win over SSV Ulm that secured promotion to the Bundesliga. Reis joined Club Brugge in June 2025, continuing as a central or defensive midfielder able to recover possession and progress play.
