Luka Račić

Luka Račić is a Danish defender, born in Greve on 8 May 1999. He developed at Rosenhøj BK before joining the F.C. Copenhagen academy in 2014, where he twice reached the first-team bench during the 2016–17 season. In July 2018, Račić moved to Brentford and progressed through the club’s B team before making his professional debut against Millwall in April 2019. He scored his first senior goal with a header against Cardiff City in February 2020. Račić later joined Northampton Town on loan, but his spell was limited by a back injury. He returned to Scandinavia with HB Køge and Sønderjyske, then had brief spells at Slaven Belupo and Volos before joining Rosenborg in 2024. In February 2026, Račić moved to Kauno Žalgiris, continuing a career that includes representation for Denmark from under-16 to under-21 level.
