Leo Skiri Østigård

Leo Skiri Østigård is a Norwegian defender from Molde who operates primarily as a centre-back. He developed at Molde and signed a three-year professional contract with the club in 2017, before a 2018 loan to Viking gave him senior experience. Brighton & Hove Albion signed Østigård that summer, beginning a period in which he continued his development through loans in Germany and England. At St. Pauli, he featured in the 2. Bundesliga, while Coventry City provided Championship experience before a spell with Stoke City. Østigård moved to Genoa in 2022 and then joined Napoli, where he was part of the squad that won the 2022–23 Serie A title. After a spell with Rennes and a loan at Hoffenheim, he returned to Genoa. Known for stepping into duels and competing strongly in the air, Østigård brings an assertive defensive presence to his current club.
