Lewis Orford
Lewis Orford is an English midfielder born in Havering who developed at West Ham United from the age of five. He also played grassroots football for Upminster Park Rovers and Elm Park Rovers before formally registering with West Ham at eight and progressing through the club’s age groups. After signing scholarship terms in 2022, Orford helped West Ham’s under-18s win the 2022–23 FA Youth Cup and U18 Premier League South title. He signed his first professional contract in February 2023 and later joined West Ham United U21s. Orford made his Premier League debut as a substitute against Crystal Palace in January 2025, followed by an appearance against Chelsea. He spent part of 2025 on loan at Stevenage before returning to West Ham. He has also represented England through the youth ranks and is listed with the England under-20 squad.
