Lucas Boel Hey

Lucas Boel Hey is a Danish defender born in Dragør on 13 April 2003. He began his development with Dragør Boldklub, AB Tårnby and the A27 youth collaboration before joining Lyngby Boldklub in 2019. Hey made his senior debut for Lyngby against Vejle Boldklub in May 2021, then established himself during the 2021/22 Danish first division campaign as the club returned to the Superliga. In 2022/23, he became a regular top-flight starter and captained Lyngby at 20. He moved to FC Nordsjælland in August 2023, where he made his European debut in the UEFA Europa Conference League. Standing 1.89 metres, Hey is a composed centre-back who can operate on either side of a central defence and helps build play with short passes. In January 2025, Anderlecht signed him, and Lucas Hey has since continued his progression in Belgian football.
