Lohann Doucet

Lohann Doucet is a French defensive midfielder born in Nantes on 14 September 2002. He began playing with Élan Sorinières and Landreau Loroux OSC before joining the FC Nantes academy in 2012. After developing through Nantes’ youth system, Doucet signed his first professional contract with the club in December 2021. He made his Ligue 1 debut for Nantes as a late substitute against Brest in April 2022. In 2022–23, he recorded 35 appearances for Nantes B in Championnat National 2, then moved on loan to Paris FC in August 2023 and featured 29 times during the 2023–24 campaign. Doucet’s defensive positioning and passing have supported his progression from academy midfielder to senior football, while his role has expanded toward deep-lying playmaking and covering central defensive spaces.
