Min-Jae Kim
Kim Min-Jae is a South Korean centre-back born in Tongyeong on 15 November 1996. He developed at Tongyeong Elementary School and Suwon Technical High School, initially playing as a forward before moving into defence, then left Yonsei University in 2016 to pursue professional football. After half a season with semi-professional Gyeongju KHNP, Kim joined Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors in 2017, helping win the K League 1 title and earning Young Player of the Year; he added another league crown in 2018. He continued with Beijing Guoan before moving to Fenerbahçe in 2021 and Napoli in 2022. At Napoli, Kim anchored the defence as the club won the 2022–23 Serie A title, and he was named Serie A Defender of the Season. Kim moved to Bayern München in 2023 and has since added the 2024–25 Bundesliga title and 2025–26 DFL-Supercup, while representing South Korea, including at the 2018 Asian Games.
