Klaudijus Upstas

Klaudijus Upstas is a Lithuanian midfielder born on 30 October 1994. He developed in Lithuania’s youth system and represented the national under-19 and under-21 teams. From 2014 to 2019, Upstas played for Banga Gargždai, Stumbras Kaunas, FK Jonava, Atlantas Klaipėda and FK Palanga, gaining experience across several domestic environments. In February 2020, he joined FC Hegelmann Litauen, where he spent the next phase of his career and became a regular contributor. During his Hegelmann years, Upstas broadened his game, taking on wider defensive duties and showing the positional flexibility to operate on either flank. He later moved to FK Žalgiris Vilnius, adding his experience to one of Lithuania’s leading clubs while remaining part of the national football picture.
