Kosi Trevor David Thompson

Kosi Trevor David Thompson is a Canadian midfielder from North York, born on 27 January 2003. He developed with Vaughan Azzurri before joining the Toronto FC Academy at age 12, and captained its under-14 side. Thompson helped Toronto’s under-16 team win the 2019 Dallas Cup and scored in qualifying for the Generation adidas Champions Division. He signed with Toronto FC II in 2021, scoring his first professional goal against Union Omaha that June. After making his Toronto FC debut against Columbus Crew in March 2022, he scored his first MLS goal against Real Salt Lake the following month. In 2023, Thompson joined Lillestrøm SK on loan, gaining experience in Norway before returning to MLS. His versatility has taken him from midfield into right-back, wingback and centre-back roles, and he joined the Colorado Rapids in March 2026.
