Keven Matteo Schlotterbeck
Keven Matteo Schlotterbeck is a German centre-back born in Weinstadt on 28 April 1997. He developed at SC Freiburg and made his professional debut for the club in a 2–2 Bundesliga draw with VfB Stuttgart on 3 February 2019. Schlotterbeck then spent the 2019–20 season on loan at Union Berlin, gaining experience away from Freiburg. After returning, he remained connected with SC Freiburg before moving to VfL Bochum on loan for two successive seasons. At Bochum, Schlotterbeck became a regular in defensive work and scored five goals during the 2023–24 campaign. He joined FC Augsburg in June 2024 and has since established himself in the team’s defence. At 189 centimetres, Keven Schlotterbeck offers a strong aerial presence and brings centre-back experience to Augsburg.
