Kjell Peersman

Kjell Peersman is a Belgian goalkeeper born in Wilrijk on 21 May 2004. He began at KVC Westerlo before joining PSV Eindhoven’s academy in 2014, progressing from the under-11s into the club’s first-team setup. Peersman signed his first professional contract with PSV in June 2020 and made his Jong PSV debut in January 2022. Between 2021 and 2024, he made 35 Eerste Divisie appearances for Jong PSV. He then spent the 2024–25 season on loan at Lierse, recording 26 appearances in Belgium’s Challenger Pro League. In July 2025, Peersman moved permanently to KAA Gent and has been linked with both the senior squad and KAA Gent II. He has represented Belgium at under-17, under-19 and under-21 level, continuing a goalkeeping path shaped by his 1.94-metre frame and long development in the Netherlands.
