Kévin Mouanga

Kévin Mouanga is a French defender who came through AS Bondy and FC Montfermeil before joining Angers SCO’s academy at under-16 level. He entered senior football with Angers reserves in 2017 and made his first-team debut in the Coupe de la Ligue against Guingamp on 31 October 2018. After signing a professional contract with Angers in 2020, Mouanga moved to Annecy in July 2021. He helped Annecy win promotion to Ligue 2 in 2021–22, then made his second-tier debut on 30 July 2022. In July 2024, the 1.90-metre centre-back joined Lausanne-Sport on a free transfer. At Lausanne, Kévin Mouanga has continued as a physically strong defender, with aerial ability and a willingness to contribute to build-up play. His progression from French academy football to Ligue 2 promotion and Swiss top-flight football defines a steady rise through the professional game.
