Kyle Barri Duncan

Kyle Barri Duncan is an American right-back born in New York on August 8, 1997. He developed in the New York Red Bulls Academy and returned to the club in January 2018 after a period in Europe. Duncan’s first MLS breakthrough was interrupted by an ACL injury soon after his debut, but he rebuilt his career and became a regular defensive presence. In 2020, he was named the New York Red Bulls’ Defensive Player of the Year after leading the team in minutes and ranking among the league leaders for duels won and interceptions. He later joined Belgian club Oostende in 2022, returned to New York on loan, and rejoined the Red Bulls permanently in 2023. A versatile full-back, Duncan can also play as a wing-back or on the left, using speed for recovery runs and overlapping attacks. He has represented the United States and is currently with Minnesota United FC.
