Kevin Danso
Kevin Danso is an Austrian centre-back born in Voitsberg on 19 September 1998. At 1.90 metres, he is a right-footed defender whose early football education included time in England before he joined FC Augsburg in 2014. Danso made his Bundesliga debut for Augsburg in March 2017, becoming the club’s youngest player to appear in the competition. After continuing his development in Germany, he moved to RC Lens in 2021. With Lens, Danso became an important member of a three-man defence and helped the club finish second in Ligue 1 in 2022/23, earning selection for the league’s Team of the Year. He joined Tottenham in 2025 and was part of their Europa League-winning squad, appearing as a substitute in the final. Danso also represents Austria internationally.
