Kévin Danois

Kévin Danois is a French midfielder born in Basse-Terre on June 28, 2004. He began playing with La Gauloise de Basse-Terre, where he spent eight years before moving to Auxerre’s academy in 2019. Danois progressed through Auxerre’s youth system and signed his first professional contract in July 2021. He made his senior debut in the Coupe de France against Niort in January 2023, then appeared in Ligue 1 against Ajaccio that April. During the 2023–24 Ligue 2 campaign, he helped Auxerre earn promotion back to France’s top flight. He has also represented France at youth level, including the under-16s, and is currently associated with the France U21 squad. At Auxerre, Danois has developed as a midfielder capable of carrying the ball forward, retaining possession and supporting defensive work in transitions. The 183-centimetre player continues his development at Auxerre.
