Juan Guilherme Nunes Jesus

Juan Guilherme Nunes Jesus is a Brazilian defender born in Belo Horizonte on 10 June 1991. He developed at Internacional, joining the club’s youth system in 2007 before making his senior debut in March 2010. At Internacional, Juan Jesus was part of the side that won the 2010 Copa Libertadores and 2011 Recopa Sudamericana. In January 2012, he moved to Inter, where he spent four seasons and established himself in the Nerazzurri defence. He joined AS Roma in 2016, initially on loan before the transfer became permanent, and remained there until 2021. That year, Juan Jesus signed for Napoli, operating at centre-back and on the left side of defence. He played a supporting role in Napoli’s 2022–23 Serie A title campaign, extending a career shaped by defensive versatility and sustained involvement in Italian football.
