Juan del Cármen Cámara Mesa

Juan Cámara is a Spanish midfielder born in Jaén on 13 February 1994. He developed in Villarreal’s academy and made his professional debut for the reserve side against Deportivo de La Coruña on 3 June 2012. In July 2014, he joined Barcelona Atlètic, where he scored six goals in 30 matches during his first season. Cámara made his Champions League debut for Barcelona on 9 December 2015, replacing Jordi Alba in a 1–1 draw with Bayer Leverkusen. He later spent time on loan at Girona and Reus before moving abroad to join Poland’s Miedź Legnica in 2018. His career subsequently included football in Romania and Azerbaijan, while his role developed from a wide position into a more central attacking-midfield role. After returning to Real Jaén in 2024, Juan Cámara moved to Inter Club d’Escaldes in 2025, where he continues his career in Andorra.
