José Manuel Martínez Oliver

Joe, whose full name is José Manuel Martínez Oliver, is a Spanish midfielder born on 6 February 1991 in La Línea de la Concepción. He developed in the youth systems of Atlético Zabal and Real Balompédica Linense before making his senior breakthrough with Linense in the 2011–12 season. He spent much of the following years with his hometown club, building more than 200 appearances across Spanish lower-league football. In 2020, Joe moved to SD Tarazona, adding experience in a new regional setting. On 1 July 2024, he joined Lincoln Red Imps FC in Gibraltar. At 1.83 metres, Joe has been used in defensive midfield and can also operate at centre-back, giving his teams cover between midfield and defence. His career has therefore developed from local Spanish football into a role with Lincoln’s established Gibraltar squad.
