Javier Díaz Sánchez
Javi Díaz, full name Javier Díaz Sánchez, is a Spanish goalkeeper born in 1997. He developed in Sevilla’s youth system and progressed to the club’s C team, making his senior debut in 2016. During the 2018–19 season, Díaz moved up to Sevilla Atlético in Segunda División B. On 31 March 2019, he made his La Liga debut for Sevilla against Valencia, starting in a 0–1 defeat. Díaz joined CD Tenerife in July 2022, but played primarily as a reserve. He later spent part of the 2023 campaign on loan at CF Fuenlabrada, making one league appearance, before leaving Tenerife in July 2024. Since August 2024, Javi Díaz has represented Inter Club d’Escaldes and featured in European qualifying matches.
