Jansen Miller
Jansen Miller is an American defender who has developed into a centre-back for Sporting Kansas City. Born in Missouri on February 10, 2002, he began his development in the Saint Louis FC academy and signed amateur academy contracts in 2019 and 2020. He attended Parkway West High School and was named to the United Soccer Coaches Youth Boys All-Central Region Team in 2019. Miller started 26 of 27 matches for Xavier University in 2020 and 2021 before transferring to Indiana University. With Indiana, he helped win Big Ten regular-season titles in 2023 and 2024, plus the 2023 Big Ten Tournament. In November 2024, Miller scored a headed golden goal against Akron in the NCAA Tournament. Sporting Kansas City selected him eighth overall in the 2025 MLS SuperDraft, launching his professional career.
