Jack Henry-Francis

Jack Henry-Francis is a Republic of Ireland midfielder who operates centrally, including in defensive midfield. Born in London, he developed at Fulham before joining Arsenal’s academy in August 2016. At Arsenal, Henry-Francis progressed through the under-18 and under-23 teams while also training with Mikel Arteta’s senior squad. He signed his first professional contract in October 2021 and appeared during Arsenal’s 2021 pre-season, making his debut against Hibernian. Seeking senior experience, he joined Sligo Rovers on loan in July 2024, making 13 appearances. In July 2025, he moved permanently to Shelbourne, where he became a regular starter and featured in Conference League matches. Henry-Francis made his Republic of Ireland under-21 debut against Kuwait in 2023, and combines energetic ball-winning with short, purposeful passing.
