Jakub Surovčík

Jakub Surovčík is a Slovak goalkeeper born on 28 June 2002. He began playing at FK Meteor Praha before joining SK Slavia Praha’s academy in 2012, where he developed through eight years of youth football. Surovčík moved into senior football with Slavia’s reserve side and spent the 2020–21 season on loan at FC Sellier & Bellot Vlašim in the Czech second tier. In January 2022, he joined FK Jablonec, featuring mainly for the club’s B team before making his Czech top-flight debut against Slavia on 29 January 2023. He returned to Prague in June 2023 to sign for Sparta Praha, where he has also played for Sparta B while competing for first-team opportunities. At Sparta, Surovčík has featured in the Czech First League and UEFA Conference League. He has represented Slovakia from under-17 through under-21 level.
