Jarne Steuckers

Jarne Steuckers is a Belgian midfielder born in Sint-Truiden on February 4, 2002. He began at Sint-Truidense VV before joining Genk’s academy in 2012, then returning to STVV in 2017. Steuckers signed his first professional contract with STVV in 2020 and made his senior debut against Oud-Heverlee Leuven in January 2021. A 2022–23 loan at MVV Maastricht gave him valuable experience in the Dutch second tier, where he recorded nine goals and ten assists in 36 appearances. Returning to STVV in 2023–24, he produced six goals and seven assists in the Belgian Pro League. His creativity and movement between wide areas and central positions helped establish him as an attacking playmaker. Steuckers reunited with coach Thorsten Fink at Genk in 2024, where he continues to contribute to the club’s attack.
