Jug Stanojev

Jug Stanojev is a Serbian midfielder from Novi Sad, born on July 29, 1999. He developed in the Red Star Belgrade academy before beginning senior football with Grafičar Beograd in 2018, where he played in the Serbian First League through 2020. Stanojev moved to TSC Bačka Topola in 2020, building top-flight experience across three seasons. He then joined Spartak Subotica for the 2023–24 season, making 31 appearances in the SuperLiga. He later represented Kairat Almaty and featured in five matches during the 2025–26 Champions League league phase, gaining experience against elite European opposition. In January 2026, Jug Stanojev moved to Universitatea Cluj in Romania, continuing his career in the SuperLiga. As a midfielder who has operated on the flank and as a wing-back, he combines forward running with defensive tracking and support for build-up play.
