Junior Olaitan Ishola

Junior Olaitan Ishola is a Beninese midfielder born in Porto-Novo on 9 May 2002. He began his senior career with Ayéma Adjarra in Benin, playing during the 2020–21 season. Olaitan moved to France in January 2022, joining Chamois Niortais and making his professional debut in Ligue 2. He later spent the 2023–24 season with Troyes before returning to Ligue 2 with Grenoble Foot 38. In 2025, he moved to Turkey, joining Göztepe before completing a transfer to Beşiktaş. Olaitan has developed from a wide attacking role into a central creative midfield position, linking midfield with the forward line and seeking progressive passes. He represents Benin internationally, having made his senior debut in a 2021 World Cup qualifier against Madagascar.
