Josh Mulligan

Josh Mulligan is a Scottish midfielder from Dundee, born on 12 November 2002. He developed at Lochee Harp Boys Club before joining Dundee’s academy, and made his senior debut against St Mirren in May 2019. Mulligan spent loan spells with Cove Rangers and Peterhead between 2020 and 2022, gaining first-team experience before returning to Dundee in January 2022. He helped Dundee win the Scottish Championship in 2022/23, and later established himself across midfield and wider roles. Dundee’s 2024/25 campaign brought him 41 appearances, and he joined Hibernian in July 2025 after making 123 appearances and scoring six goals for Dundee. At Hibernian, he has been used as a central midfielder, right wing-back or wide midfielder, with direct ball carrying and energetic pressing. Mulligan represented Scotland Under-21, winning 16 caps and scoring twice, before receiving a senior call-up in October 2025.
