Johan Andrés Mojica Palacio

Johan Andrés Mojica Palacio is a Colombian left-back born in Cali on 21 August 1992. He began his professional development with Academia F.C. in Bogotá in 2011, then played for Llaneros before joining Deportivo Cali in 2013. A loan to Rayo Vallecano marked his move into Spanish football, followed by Real Valladolid, where he operated as an attacking winger. Mojica became particularly associated with Girona, contributing to the club’s promotion and appearing in its subsequent La Liga campaigns. After a brief spell with Atalanta, including UEFA Champions League involvement, he returned to Spain with Elche and later continued his career at Villarreal, Osasuna and Mallorca. Alongside his club career, Mojica has represented Colombia, adding international experience to a path shaped by left-sided defending, attacking width and movement between defensive and midfield roles.
