Johannes Kreidl

Johannes Kreidl is an Austrian goalkeeper who developed through SV Fügen and the AKA Tirol academy before moving into 1. FC Nürnberg’s system in 2014. During his German-based development, he represented Austria at under-19, under-20 and under-21 level. Kreidl moved to Finland in 2016 to join Kuopion Palloseura (KuPS), making 24 appearances that season. In January 2021, Kreidl returned to KuPS on a permanent basis and re-established himself as the club’s goalkeeper. With KuPS, he won the Finnish Cup in 2021, 2022 and 2024, followed by Veikkausliiga titles in 2024 and 2025. His 193-centimetre frame supports his work in goal and command of aerial situations.
