Jakub Piotr Kiwior

Jakub Piotr Kiwior is a Polish centre-back born in Tychy on 15 February 2000. He developed with local clubs before joining Anderlecht’s academy at 16, then moved to Slovakia, where he began his senior career with Železiarne Podbrezová. Kiwior later joined Žilina, reaching a domestic cup final and gaining European experience. In August 2021, he moved to Spezia, where he established himself in Serie A and was also used as a defensive midfielder under Thiago Motta. Arsenal signed Kiwior in January 2023, and he subsequently covered both centre-back and left-back while contributing to build-up play and overlapping attacks. He joined Porto on loan in September 2025 and became a regular for the Portuguese club. Kiwior has also represented Poland, playing every minute of their 2022 World Cup campaign and starting each of their matches at Euro 2024.
