Jakub Piotr Kamiński

Jakub Piotr Kamiński is a Polish midfielder born in Ruda Śląska on 5 June 2002. He began his youth development at Szombierki Bytom before joining the Lech Poznań academy in 2015. Kamiński made his senior Ekstraklasa debut for Lech in September 2019 and became a key contributor during the 2021–22 title-winning campaign. His performances earned him the Ekstraklasa Young Player of the Season award. In July 2022, he moved to VfL Wolfsburg, scoring on his Bundesliga debut against Bayern Munich in March 2023. A versatile wide player, Kamiński has also operated at right-back and is noted for direct running, crossing, pressing and recovery work. He made his Poland senior debut in September 2021 and represented the country at the 2022 World Cup; structured squad records now associate him with Benfica.
