Jacob Jones
Jacob Jones is a Welsh defender who developed at Swansea City, progressing through the academy and appearing in the EFL Trophy and Premier League 2 as a young player. He entered senior football with Forest Green Rovers in July 2022. Jones gained men's experience on loan at Bath City in October 2022 before joining King's Lynn Town in February 2023, where he made 10 appearances. In July 2023, he moved to Scottish League One club Cove Rangers and recorded 26 appearances during the 2023–24 campaign. He later returned to England with Woking, making 11 National League appearances. Jones represented Wales Under-20s in 2020, his highest recorded international level. Primarily a left-back who can also operate as a left midfielder or wing-back, he now plays for Briton Ferry.
