Jacob Michael Italiano
Jacob Michael Italiano presses high and runs beyond the line to pull defenders wide for Grazer AK. Italiano broke through with Perth Glory in 2017, then joined Borussia Mönchengladbach in 2018. He adapts to faster German football. He spent 2019–2024 with Mönchengladbach II, sharpening pace and vision while training with the senior squad. In 2024 Italiano captained the Australia U23s and signed with Grazer AK, moving to Austria. By 2025–26 he is a regular starter, using high-intensity runs and vertical passes to connect defense to attack. Jacob Italiano earns his first senior Socceroos call-up in 2025, and on the pitch he finishes moves with quick strikes.
