Jan Gorenc
Jan Gorenc is a Slovenian centre-back born in Brežice on 26 July 1999. He developed in the youth ranks of NK Krško and made his professional debut in the Slovenian PrvaLiga during the 2016/17 season. Gorenc then had a first spell with Olimpija Ljubljana in 2018/19, helping the club win the Slovenian Cup. After moving to Mura in early 2020, he became part of a successful period for the club. With Mura, he won another Slovenian Cup in 2019/20 and the Slovenian PrvaLiga title in 2020/21. He later moved to Belgian Pro League side AS Eupen in summer 2022, gaining experience outside Slovenia. Gorenc returned to Olimpija Ljubljana in July 2025, bringing experience from domestic title competition and Belgian football to the club’s defensive group.
