Justin Devenny

Justin Devenny is a midfielder born in Irvine, Scotland, on 11 October 2003. He developed in Kilmarnock’s youth system after starting at Galston, where his mother coached him, but senior opportunities at Kilmarnock were limited. Devenny moved through Scottish football with Broomhill and Airdrieonians, joining Airdrie on loan in February 2022 before making the transfer permanent that summer. During Airdrieonians’ 2022/23 promotion campaign, he made 41 appearances, scored against Falkirk in the play-offs and converted a shootout penalty against Hamilton Academical. Crystal Palace signed him in August 2023 and initially placed him with their under-21 team, which he captained to Premier League International Cup success. Devenny made his Premier League debut against Fulham in November 2024 and scored his first league goal against Aston Villa later that month. He has also represented Northern Ireland at senior level, having made his debut in November 2024.
