Johan Helge Dahlin

Johan Helge Dahlin is a Swedish goalkeeper born in Trollhättan on 8 September 1986. He developed through Trollhättans FK and Åsebro IF before beginning his senior career in 2004 and moving to Norway’s FC Lyn in 2005. Dahlin became Lyn’s first-choice goalkeeper in 2006, a breakthrough that also brought involvement with Sweden’s under-21 side. After a loan at Trelleborgs FF, he joined Malmö FF in July 2009 and helped the club win the 2010 Allsvenskan title, recording 15 clean sheets during that campaign. He later continued his career with Gençlerbirliği in Turkey and FC Midtjylland in Denmark, while also representing Sweden at senior level. Dahlin returned to Malmö FF in July 2017 and has since added further domestic success, reaching seven Swedish championship titles across his two spells. At 1.91 metres, Johan Dahlin combines experienced goalkeeping with defensive organization and remains part of Malmö’s squad.
