Igor Savić

Igor Savić is a Bosnia and Herzegovina defensive midfielder born in Mostar on 8 October 2000. He developed in Zrinjski’s youth system before joining GOŠK Gabela on loan and making his Bosnian Premier League debut against Krupa in April 2019. After establishing himself at Zrinjski, he helped the club win the 2021–22 Premijer Liga title. Savić then moved to Torpedo Moscow in 2022, gaining experience in Russian league and cup football. He continued his career with Zulte Waregem in Belgium during 2023–24 before returning to Zrinjski in January 2024. Back in Mostar, he contributed to the club’s 2023–24 Bosnian Cup triumph. At 1.95 metres, Savić provides physical presence in midfield, where he can shield the defence and support build-up, while his versatility allows him to cover deeper positions. He has represented Bosnia and Herzegovina at under-17, under-19 and under-21 levels and earned a senior cap.
