Isaiah Konrad McNeil LeFlore

Isaiah Konrad McNeil LeFlore is an American defender who developed at Shattuck-Saint Mary’s before moving to Portugal, where he spent 2016–2019 with Associação Desportiva Oeiras. He returned to the United States in 2020 and joined Sporting Kansas City II, making 26 appearances across two seasons. In 2022, LeFlore moved to Braga B in Portugal’s Liga 3 before continuing his professional development with Houston Dynamo 2 in MLS NEXT Pro. During the 2023 season, he led Houston Dynamo 2 in assists, tackles and interceptions, underlining his contribution at both ends of the field. On December 12, 2023, LeFlore joined the Philadelphia Union directly from another MLS NEXT Pro team. An ACL injury during Philadelphia’s 2024 training camp sidelined him for the season, but he returned with Union II in 2025, recording one goal and three assists in 20 starts. He now represents Tampa Bay Rowdies.
