Ivan Banić

Ivan Banić is a Croatian goalkeeper born in Sinj on 18 July 1994. He began developing with NK Junak Sinj before joining the academy of HNK Hajduk Split. Banić then gained senior experience with Primorac Stobreč, Imotski, Hrvace and a return to Junak Sinj. After progressing at NK Dugopolje, he reached Croatia’s top flight with NK Rudeš. In 2020, Banić joined HNK Gorica, where he established himself as a regular goalkeeper over several seasons. A loan spell with Olimpija Ljubljana in Slovenia added experience outside Croatia before he returned to Gorica. In July 2025, Banić moved to FK Sarajevo, continuing his career in Bosnia and Herzegovina and bringing top-flight experience to the club’s goalkeeping department.
