Hugo Bueno López
Hugo Bueno is a Spanish left-back born in Vigo on 18 September 2002. He developed at ED Val Miñor and CD Areosa before joining Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2019, initially arriving as an attacking midfielder. Wolves soon moved him to left wing-back, adapting his technical quality to the demands of defending and providing width. Bueno became an important member of Wolves Under-23s and helped the team win promotion in 2021–22. He made his senior debut against Nottingham Forest on 15 October 2022, then started against Crystal Palace and assisted Adama Traoré. In 2024, Bueno joined Feyenoord on loan, making Champions League appearances and supplying an assist against AC Milan. He has represented Spain Under-21s and made his Galicia debut in May 2024.
