Hauke Finn Wahl

Hauke Finn Wahl is a German defender, born in Hamburg on 15 April 1994. He developed with Witzhaver SV and TSV Trittau before joining FC Eintracht Schwerin in 2007 and Dynamo Dresden in 2010. In 2012, Wahl moved to Holstein Kiel, progressing from the under-19 side to the first team a year later. He subsequently played for SC Paderborn and FC Ingolstadt 04, with a spell at 1. FC Heidenheim, before returning to Kiel in 2018. At Kiel, he grew into a senior defensive figure and featured in the club’s notable 2021 DFB-Pokal run, including the victory over Bayern Munich. Wahl joined FC St. Pauli in 2023 and helped the Hamburg club achieve promotion in 2023/24. He is now registered with VfL Wolfsburg, bringing experience as a tall centre-back accustomed to build-up play and defensive organisation.
