Haris Tabaković

Haris Tabaković is a Swiss-born centre-forward born in Grenchen on 20 June 1994. He developed at BSC Young Boys and made his professional debut there before spending 18 months on loan at FC Wil, where he scored 11 goals in 24 appearances. After joining Grasshoppers, he continued his career in Hungary with Debrecen and Diósgyőr, but a cruciate ligament injury interrupted his progress. In 2020, Austria Lustenau gave him a route back into senior football. Tabaković responded with 46 goals in 48 matches and helped the club win the 2022 title. He later moved to Austria Vienna and Hertha BSC, finishing as the 2. Bundesliga top scorer in 2023–24 with 22 goals. Internationally, he represented Switzerland at under-21 level before committing to Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2023, adding a powerful aerial presence and penalty-box finishing.
