Harouna Sy

Harouna Sy is a French defender born in Rouen on 30 March 1996. He developed through the French football system before joining Red Star FC 93 in 2017, beginning a professional path through the National and Ligue 2 levels. Sy moved to Dunkerque in 2020, where he established himself as a regular left-back in Ligue 2. His progress led to a transfer to Amiens in July 2021, giving him another period in France’s second tier. In 2023, Sy continued his career abroad with Greek Super League side Volos before moving to Portuguese club Estoril Praia. After that international spell, he returned to France and joined C’Chartres Football in National 3 in January 2025. Sy later joined US Chantilly in National 2, adding experience from regional football and several European leagues.
