Habib Diallo attacks space and holds the ball to link play. Diallo broke through at Metz with 26 goals in 2018–19, winning the Ligue 2 title. He continues to threaten the back post. Diallo scored 20 Ligue 1 goals in 2022–23 with Strasbourg. A move to the Middle East followed, then a return to Metz in 2025. Diallo earned a second Africa Cup of Nations title with Senegal in 2025. Back at Metz, he remains a focal point, finishing moves.
