Guillem Jaime Serrano

Guillem Jaime is a Spanish football defender from Tarragona, primarily operating at right-back. He developed at local CDC Torreforta before joining Barcelona’s youth system in 2007. During his time with the academy, he helped Barcelona win the 2017–18 UEFA Youth League, defeating Chelsea in the final. He then progressed to Barcelona B, gaining senior experience before moving to Castellón for the 2020–21 season. Jaime also spent time with Gimnàstic de Tarragona and returned to Barcelona B in 2021–22. After a spell at Intercity, he continued his career in Spain before joining Albania’s Egnatia Rrogozhinë in 2025. At Egnatia, Guillem Jaime has featured as the club pursues domestic and European football. His positional flexibility allows him to cover either full-back role and support build-up play.
