Giovanni Manson Ribeiro

Giovanni Manson Ribeiro is a Brazilian forward who operates primarily from the left wing. He developed at Santos, joining the academy in 2012 and progressing through its youth ranks before leaving in 2019. He was also involved with Brazil’s under-16 team during his development. In 2020, after a delayed move from Santos, he joined Ajax and began senior football with Jong Ajax. Giovanni scored his first senior goal against NEC Nijmegen and later spent part of 2022 on loan at Telstar, making his debut in a 1–0 win over Jong Ajax. He returned to Brazil with Fluminense in 2023, making his Série A debut as a substitute against Cuiabá and belonging to the squad that won the Copa Libertadores, although he did not play in that competition. After a short spell with Amazonas in 2024, Giovanni moved to Ballkani, where he continues his career as a versatile attacking player able to play wide or centrally.
