Gabriel Davi Gomes Sara

Gabriel Sara is a Brazilian central midfielder born in Joinville on 26 June 1999. He developed in São Paulo’s academy, helping the under-20 side win the Copa do Brasil U20 and Supercopa U20 in 2018 before contributing to the 2019 São Paulo Youth Cup triumph. Sara made his senior debut for São Paulo in December 2017, in a 1–1 draw with Bahia. He went on to make 120 appearances for the club and helped São Paulo win the 2021 Campeonato Paulista. In July 2022, Sara moved to Norwich City, beginning his European career in the English Championship. He became a key midfielder at Norwich and was named the club’s 2022–23 Player of the Season, later earning selection for the 2023–24 Championship Team of the Season. Galatasaray signed Gabriel Sara in August 2024, where he continued as a regular central midfielder and received his first senior Brazil call-up in March 2026.
