Georgy Zhukov

Georgy Zhukov is a Kazakhstan international central midfielder born in Semey on 19 November 1994. As a young child, he moved to Belgium and developed in the youth systems of Anderlecht, KSK Beveren and Beerschot. After joining Standard Liège, Zhukov went on loan to FC Astana, helping the club win successive Kazakhstan Premier League titles in 2014 and 2015. He later played for Roda JC and Ural before returning home with Kairat Almaty, where he won two Kazakhstan Cups. Zhukov subsequently continued his career at Wisła Kraków in Poland and Cangzhou Mighty Lions in China. Internationally, he represented Belgium at under-19 level before choosing Kazakhstan for senior football. He returned to Kazakhstan with Aktobe in June 2025, adding experience from spells across several countries.
