Giovanni Dennis Vito Troupée

Giovanni Dennis Vito Troupée is a defender, primarily a right-back, who represents Curaçao. Born in Amsterdam on March 20, 1998, he developed with FC Abcoude, VV Neijenrodes and FC Breukelen before joining the FC Utrecht academy at 11. Troupée made his Eredivisie debut for Utrecht against Vitesse in May 2015 and became an important member of the team that finished fourth in 2016–17. That season, he received Utrecht’s David di Tommaso Trophy as the club’s player of the year. He later spent 2018–19 on loan at ADO Den Haag, then moved through FC Twente, Lokomotiv Plovdiv and TOP Oss. In July 2025, Troupée joined Željezničar Sarajevo, continuing his career abroad. He represented the Netherlands at youth level before choosing Curaçao and making his senior debut against Argentina in March 2023.
