Gastón Nicolás Tellechea
Gastón Nicolás Tellechea is an Argentine defender born on 16 December 1999 in Curuzú Cuatiá. He began his senior career with Atlético de Rafaela, joining the first team during the 2020–21 season and making 19 appearances in 2021. Tellechea remained with Rafaela through 2023, gaining experience in Argentina’s Primera Nacional. In 2024, he moved to Argentino de Merlo, where he sought a more prominent role in the Primera B Metropolitana. In January 2025, Tellechea joined KÍ Klaksvík of the Faroe Islands, taking his career into European football. He scored in the 86th minute of KÍ’s 2–1 away win over SJK in a UEFA Conference League qualifier on 10 July 2025. Tellechea also played the full 120 minutes against Neman Grodno during the qualifying campaign.
